Labour, travel expenses, transportation, and freight charges are not included unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Backup Machine Support
If a machine must be returned for warranty repair and the repair period may affect the customer’s project schedule, CEH Machinery may, subject to availability, provide a Temporary Backup Machine to help minimize downtime.
Backup machine availability depends on stock, machine type, and individual case review, and is not guaranteed automatically.

- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Improper maintenance
- Accidents, theft, fire, flood, natural disasters
- Transportation damage
- Downtime loss or business interruption
Customer Responsibilities
- Follow proper operating procedures
- Perform regular maintenance
- Use qualified oils and filters
- Keep maintenance records
- Report issues promptly
Failure to maintain the machine properly may result in warranty voidance.
