ELIGIBILITY

The CEH Customer Referral Program is available to existing CEH Machinery customers.

QUALIFYING REFERRAL

A qualifying referral must represent a new sales opportunity for CEH Machinery.

The referral must be registered with CEH before the referred customer's qualifying purchase is completed.

A person or business that has contacted CEH previously may still be eligible if there is no active sales opportunity at the time of referral. CEH will determine eligibility based on its CRM records and the circumstances of the referral.

QUALIFYING PURCHASE

Referral rewards apply to qualifying machine purchases only.

Rentals and standalone purchases of attachments, parts or services do not qualify.

REFERRAL REWARD

For each qualifying referral that results in a completed machine purchase, the referring customer may choose either:

• $500 Cash
• $1,000 CEH Credit

The reward amount is the same regardless of the qualifying machine model purchased.

WHEN A REWARD IS EARNED

A referral reward becomes eligible after:

• CEH has received full payment; and
• the machine has been delivered to or picked up by the referred customer.

A deposit alone does not qualify.

CEH CREDIT

CEH Credit may be applied toward future purchases of:

• CEH machines
• attachments
• parts
• CEH-provided services

CEH Credit:

• has no cash value
• cannot be redeemed for cash
• cannot be applied toward taxes
• cannot be applied toward financing charges
• cannot be applied toward third-party costs
• is non-transferable unless approved by CEH

For V1, CEH Credit does not have a short expiration period.

DUPLICATE REFERRALS

Only one referral reward is available per new referred customer.

If the same customer is referred by more than one person, CEH's earliest valid referral record will determine the eligible referrer.

SELF-REFERRALS

Self-referrals do not qualify.

Transactions involving the same customer, business, ownership group, or substantially the same purchasing party may not be used to create a referral reward.

MULTIPLE SUCCESSFUL REFERRALS

There is no V1 limit on the number of different qualifying customers an eligible CEH customer may refer.

Each different qualifying referred customer may generate one referral reward.

CANCELLED / REFUNDED / INCOMPLETE TRANSACTIONS

No referral reward will be issued for purchases that are cancelled, refunded, unpaid, reversed, or otherwise not completed.

REWARD COMBINATION

CEH Credit cannot automatically be combined with another referral reward on the same transaction unless approved by CEH.

PROGRAM CHANGES

CEH Machinery may modify, suspend or end the program at its discretion.

Referral rewards already confirmed as eligible will be honored according to the terms applicable when eligibility was confirmed.
